Returns & Exchanges
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do this by emailing us at LovelyMojoBrand@Gmail.com
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Although almost all of LovelyMojo's products are backed by our Free Shipping commitment, we reserve the right to charge shipping on certain select products. The products we charge shipping for will be indicated within each products description and will be reflected upon checkout. Shipping is nonrefundable.
We do not do exchanges. All of our products have different measurements, so it is important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy. Each of our products have a size chart. Are there no measurements or you want more information about a specific product? Email us!
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Each product is manually measured, 1cm - 3cm difference should be expected in some cases.
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
